Added touch-screen touch-areas for the Tainted Cain and Tainted Isaac Inventory cycling. Fixed a bug where the virtual sticks would not fade out if touches were active when the app is suspended and then resumed. Fixed issue where two active/pocket items were triggered. Virtual sticks on iOS now render over the left/right letterbox bars.
